Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Pendragon Studios!
Overview
We offer a refund or exchange within the first 14 days after your purchase is delivered to you. If 14 days have passed since receiving the item, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. Exchanges are only offered for items damaged in shipping. Refunds and exchanges subject to restocking or shipping fees. Commissions are not eligible for any refund or exchanges.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
♦ Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
♦ No more than 14 days have passed since your purchase
♦ Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, sale items are not eligible
♦ The item is not a commission or a special request order
Commissions
Because of the material cost, time, love, and attention that is put into each piece of hand-burned art, there are no refunds or returns of personalized pyrography or commissions. If you are truly unhappy with your final artwork, please let me know and I’ll see what I can do for you!
Returns

Returns of any products or art pieces are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from refunds for all returned products. This covers the costs of return shipping, packaging, inspection, processing labor, and the time the piece was off the market. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of starting the return process.
If an item is returned damaged or shows signs of wear, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued at our discretion, depending on the extent of the damage. This will cover the loss of value to the artwork.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will be emailed the shipping address or label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The only reason for rejection would be damaged items.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There are no cash refunds under any circumstances
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged for reasons not due to our error. If your item was damaged in shipping and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pendragon.studios.llc@gmail.com and we will process the exchange with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damage in Shipping
Pendragon Studios offers shipping insurance to cover items that may be damaged during shipping. Any damaged items from shipping will be replaced free of charge with proof of damage from the buyer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty
All items are sold “as is,” without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title, or fitness for a particular purpose.
